Assertive Communication Behaviours

Being assertive means confidently expressing your ideas and needs while respecting the rights of others.

During this one day workshop we will examine the communication procedures that can be adopted so that people can make themselves heard and understood at work.

Participants will work with the facilitator and the other training group members to share experiences and develop strategies for use when communicating, negotiating and interacting positively with managers, work colleagues, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
