This qualification applies to a range of administrative roles in varied contexts.
Individuals in these positions use some discretion and judgement and may provide technical advice and support to a team.
Successful completion of this course will result in a Certificate III in Business. Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:

There are no prerequisite qualifications or units required for this qualification. However it is expected that participants have at least Year 10 level English language, literacy and numeracy skills. Basic computer skills are also required.

BSB20112 Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualifications; or
Vocational experience assisting in a range of support roles without a formal business qualification.
