This qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. Entry Requirements

There are no prerequisite qualifications or units required for this qualification.  However it is expected that participants have at least Year 11 level English language, literacy and numeracy skills.  Basic to intermediate computer skills are also required.

Participants may choose to receive their learning and assessment resources in hard copy or online.

Face to Face

Preferred pathways for participants considering this qualification include:

  • BSB30112 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualifications; or

  • Vocational experience assisting in a range of environments providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business qualification.
