This qualification is suited to a range of individuals who use well-developed administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse information from a variety of sources.
They may provide leadership and guidance to others.
Successful completion of this course will result in a Certificate IV in Business. Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include:
Executive Personal Assistant
There are no prerequisite qualifications or units required for this qualification. However it is expected that participants have at least Year 11 level English language, literacy and numeracy skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills are also required.

Preferred pathways for participants considering this qualification include:
BSB30412 Certificate III in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications; or
Vocational experience assisting in a range of environments providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business qualification.
