Delivering Training at Work

Managers and supervisors who are involved in the delivery of training must be aware that prior to designing and developing any trainng plans, programs or courses, it is necessary to identify who needs to be trained, how they should be trained, what they need to know and what level of training is necessary.  Incorrectly targeted training is unproductive and a waste of time and money.
