This is an introduction to the concept of meetings and their structures.  Its purpose is to get participants thinking about different types of meeting and what makes a good meeting.

Generally, employees in organisations tend to think of meetings as time wasters; however, properly run and properly managed meetings are necessary and will have specific and actionable outcomes.

In this one day workshop participants will consider the ways in which meetings are properly organised and can be made meaningful and relevant.
