This is an introduction to the concept of meetings and their structures. Its purpose is to get participants thinking about different types of meeting and what makes a good meeting.
Generally, employees in organisations tend to think of meetings as time wasters; however, properly run and properly managed meetings are necessary and will have specific and actionable outcomes.
